 The Westend Community Association assists in building a foundation of respect and awareness of neighbors by encouraging participation and broadening communication amongst our neighborhood and various organizations concerning matters affecting neighborhood livability. We promote the residents' quality of life, encourage neighborhood safety, maintain beautification and architectural integrity of the neighborhood, and foster community development to abolish blight and abandoned property.
